half-title, folding hand-coloured engraved map of Gour in 1801, eighteen fine hand-coloured aquatint plates after T. Medland, manuscript note loosely inserted "Presented to the India Office Library by the Rev. Charles Arthur Molony, M.A. late vicar of Saint Lawrence, Thanet, a Grandson of Mr. Henry Creighton, the author of this book...", contemporary polished calf gilt, with gilt armorial of the East India College to centre of each board, spine slightly worn & joints cracked, slim 4to
East India College presentation label to upper pastedown, awarded to W.L. Wilkinson as first of his class in drawing, dated 3 December 1822. Abbey Travel 438. Rare.
