All editions of this annual publication are uncommon. The book begins with a series of colloquial phrases and then gives details of family hotels and boarding houses, names of roads of the various settlements, followed by 76-page alphabetical directory of ladies, mostly with addresses. The book contains a diary for visiting notes (this copy not completed), and ends with useful notes about festivals, postage, weights and measures and 3 pages of trade adverts.
