A big thank you to everyone who visited our stand this year, I'm sure you'll all agree the weather was kind to us and we all had a good time! The competition prize this year was to guess the value of a 1924 1st Edition of Agatha Christie's Poirot, this was the first depiction of the famous sleuth and still retained its original dust wrapper. We had a lot of fun chatting to you about this book and guesses ranged from £300 to £200,050! The hammer price for this book was £34,000 and the winner was Millie Swait who guessed £35,000, well done Millie you've won four bottles of French and Italian wine. We look forward to seeing you all again next year
